Small Group Training

 

Small Group Training is a 60-minute, trainer-led program designed for ages 10+ years around functional movement and progressive strength training in a small-group setting. This program emphasizes proper movement mechanics, strength efficiency, and appropriate loading to help improve bone density, strengthen ligaments and tendons, and build overall muscular strength in a safe and structured environment.

Training sessions utilize a variety of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements, with programming adapted to the needs, age, and experience level of the group. Each class is limited to a maximum of 6 participants, allowing trainers to provide individualized coaching, cueing, and modifications while still fostering accountability and group motivation.

Sports Performance Strength & Conditioning

Our program is built on a scientifically supported, structured, and progressive training approach designed to enhance athletic performance. The Sports Performance Program is here to help youth athletes (ages 11+) build a strong foundation for long-term success in their sport.

We focus on teaching fundamental movement patterns that translate across all sports, while scaling exercises to match each athlete's age and ability level.

  • Increased Confidence
  • Movement Efficiency
  • Proper Weight Room Etiquette

This training program is ideal for athletes of all sports, led by strength and conditioning coaches, and includes the use of our OVR velocity and vertical tracking system to provide measurable results and track progress over time.

 


 

TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
