Monday, 3/30: Low Impact Cardio—Increase your heart health with low impact moves that can be done in your living room. Getting moving can help increase your energy, focus, and overall happiness levels.
Tuesday, 3/31: Easy Going Yoga—Help balance your body, mind, and spirit by flowing through gentle poses and breathing deep. Yoga helps to increase your sense of well-being and peace.
Wednesday, 4/1: Body Weight Exercises—There are so many exercises you can do with just your body weight. These exercises will help your whole body increase endurance and strength.
Thursday, 4/2: Balance & Flexibility—Awesome combination! Balance exercises can help boost your strength, stability, and body awareness. Plus, they help reduce your risk of falling. Flexibility exercises can help improve posture and reduce stiffness.
Friday, 4/3: Friday Mixer—Friday is for having fun! Enjoy a mix of your favorite exercises from the week. Make sure you comment on what you like, so you can see your favorite exercise featured.

  2020 PROGRAM UPDATES

CULINARY U!  Ages 7-11

ALL CULINARY U CLASSES HAVE BEEN CANCELED FOR WINTER 2 DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF UWSP!

Winter 2 (a variety of courses that will change on a rotating basis):
Baking 201—Bakers looking to expand their skills from Baking 101, need not look any further! Baking 201 will offer 7 workshops that include yeast doughs, pies, desserts and other creative baking.
Culinary U! is held in the College of Professional Studies Food Lab (CPS 211). For anyone who is unfamiliar with the Food Lab, we will meet at the YMCA 20 minutes early the first night and walk over. Culinary U! is a partnership of the Stevens Point Area YMCA, Portage County Can and UWSP. Monday, 6:00-8:00PM.

NEW! COED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE  Ages K-6
Develop your volleyball skills and learn proper technique; have fun while learning the basic rules of the game.
Open to all boys and girls, grades K-6. The 8 week program focuses on overall player development and organized league play. First 2 weeks are practices, then 6 weeks of league games. Gym. Fridays, January 24-March 13.
