FALL FATHER DAUGHTER SEMI FORMAL
Saturday, October 19, 6:30-8:30PM. Join us for a Father/Daughter Semi-Formal Dance. A special night, just for dads and their daughters. Get dressed in your best and spend some precious time together. We will have a decorated dance room, DJ, games, hors d’oeuvres, pictures and fun for all. Take your daughters out for a nice dinner then come to the YMCA for a night to remember. All Purpose Room. Register by Wednesday, October 16. Y Member $10/each, General Public $15/each

YMCA SKI & SPORTS SWAP
Saturday, November 9, 11:00AM-2:30PM. Buy or sell new and used downhill and x-country ski equipment, snowboards, boots, clothing, ice/in-line skates, outdoor camping equipment, or other sports equipment. Proceeds benefit YMCA youth/teen programs that provide a safe and supportive place for local youth/teens to develop key values. All Purpose Room.

Want to sell? Equipment check-in is 5:30-7:30PM Friday, November 8 or 8:30–10:30AM Saturday, November 9. Items are priced by seller. 85% of sale is returned to the seller. All items not sold must be picked up from the YMCA between 2:30 and 4:30PM on Saturday, November 9.

DIABETES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Ages 18 & up
This is an evidence-based, 12-week exercise program specifically designed to help you manage type 2 diabetes. The program consists of a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance and flexibility exercises, strength training, and applicable nutrition information. This particular combination and dose of exercises has been shown to be a very effective way to improve overall health, increase insulin sensitivity, and decrease long term effects of diabetes

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free small-group fitness program for adult cancer survivors that empowers you to improve your quality of life. Each 12-week session is comprised of classes that meets for 75 minutes, two times per week. Also, you’ll receive a free Y membership for the session’s duration. Class size is limited to 10 participants per session.

SUPERHERO TRAINING ACADEMY 1 & 2  Ages 3-5 years old
Do you want to learn to fly through the air, jump over tall buildings, and hover off the ground? The Superhero Training Academy is a class that will allow your tot to use their super strength to safely explore the gymnastics gym while learning the core values behind all Superheroes: Respect, Responsibility, Caring, and Honesty. Gymnastics Center. Age groups:  Superhero 1(3-4); Superhero 2 (4-5).

  YOUTH SPORTS

SNAG (Starting new at Golf) Ages 5-7 with a parent (SNAG equipment)
A fun and innovative approach to introducing children to the fundamentals of golf. 5-class session meets once a week for 60 minutes. All equipment provided—nontraditional clubs and balls are used. SentryWorld (dress code applies). Thursday, 6:15-7:15PM. July 11–August 15 (no class August 8). Y Member $109, General Public $119
