Y Members Only • February 3 – March 8. Interested in resetting your health but uncertain and overwhelmed where to begin? Join our NEW program, RECHARGE! This program is designed to help you strengthen behavioral actions that are key to establishing a healthy lifestyle.
This 5-week program encourages you to complete healthy behavioral actions daily that are centered around the 5 building blocks of health (Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management and Water Consumption). Points are accumulated for each action completed and highest totals are entered in a drawing for prizes!

CULINARY U! Ages 7-11
Winter 1 (will always be the introductory course, though recipes will change on a rotating basis):
Cooking 101—Budding chefs take part in 7 workshops to learn the basics; from choosing and preparing ingredients to combining, cooking and cleanup.
Winter 2 (a variety of courses that will change on a rotating basis):
Baking 201—Bakers looking to expand their skills from Baking 101, need not look any further! Baking 201 will offer 7 workshops that include yeast doughs, pies, desserts and other creative baking.
Culinary U! is held in the College of Professional Studies Food Lab (CPS 211). For anyone who is unfamiliar with the Food Lab, we will meet at the YMCA 20 minutes early the first night and walk over. Culinary U! is a partnership of the Stevens Point Area YMCA, Portage County Can and UWSP. Monday, 6:00-8:00PM.

NEW! COED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE Ages K-6
Develop your volleyball skills and learn proper technique; have fun while learning the basic rules of the game.
Open to all boys and girls, grades K-6. The 8 week program focuses on overall player development and organized league play. First 2 weeks are practices, then 6 weeks of league games. Gym. Fridays, January 24-March 13.

NEW! GIRLS BASKETBALL Grades 2-6
This 10 week program is for our female basketball players, focusing upon further development of fundamental skills with a more advanced curriculum in a league format. Baskets will be lowered for age appropriate levels to build better form and technique. Ideal for girls not yet interested in traveling basketball. October 26, 2019–January 18, 2020. Saturdays, 8:30AM-1:30PM.
