5TH ANNUAL POINT DUATHLON presented by Cellcom
Join us for the 2019 Point Duathlon! Our event courses consist of a 2 mile run, a 16.5 mile bike, and final 2 mile run, and route you through the beautiful UWSP Campus, Schmeeckle Reserve, and scenic country roads North of Stevens Point. Located at UWSP Allen Center/Lot Q.
Saturday, July 13. Race starts at 8:30AM. Register NOW for the Point Duathlon and Save! Early registration/payment deadline is midnight on Monday, July 1. Register by July 1 to be guaranteed a shirt. A late registration fee of $5 applies after this date. Final registration deadline is Saturday, July 13 at onsite registration tent. DIABETES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Ages 18 & up
This is an evidence-based, 12-week exercise program specifically designed to help you manage type 2 diabetes. The program consists of a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance and flexibility exercises, strength training, and applicable nutrition information. This particular combination and dose of exercises has been shown to be a very effective way to improve overall health, increase insulin sensitivity, and decrease long term effects of diabetes

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free small-group fitness program for adult cancer survivors that empowers you to improve your quality of life. Each 12-week session is comprised of classes that meets for 75 minutes, two times per week. Also, you’ll receive a free Y membership for the session’s duration. Class size is limited to 10 participants per session.

SUPERHERO TRAINING ACADEMY 1 & 2 Ages 3-5 years old
Do you want to learn to fly through the air, jump over tall buildings, and hover off the ground? The Superhero Training Academy is a class that will allow your tot to use their super strength to safely explore the gymnastics gym while learning the core values behind all Superheroes: Respect, Responsibility, Caring, and Honesty. Gymnastics Center. Age groups: Superhero 1(3-4); Superhero 2 (4-5).
SNAG (Starting new at Golf) Ages 5-7 with a parent (SNAG equipment)
A fun and innovative approach to introducing children to the fundamentals of golf. 5-class session meets once a week for 60 minutes. All equipment provided—nontraditional clubs and balls are used.
