CAMP GLACIER HOLLOW END OF SUMMER FAMILY FUN NIGHT & COOKOUT
Join us at Camp for an end of summer family cookout/pot luck dessert and fun night. Cookout starts at 6:00PM. Activities include: canoeing, kayaking, archery, hiking, campfire and more! Thursday, August 29 starting at 4:30PM.

DIABETES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Ages 18 & up
This is an evidence-based, 12-week exercise program specifically designed to help you manage type 2 diabetes. The program consists of a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance and flexibility exercises, strength training, and applicable nutrition information. This particular combination and dose of exercises has been shown to be a very effective way to improve overall health, increase insulin sensitivity, and decrease long term effects of diabetes

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free small-group fitness program for adult cancer survivors that empowers you to improve your quality of life. Each 12-week session is comprised of classes that meets for 75 minutes, two times per week. Also, you’ll receive a free Y membership for the session’s duration. Class size is limited to 10 participants per session.

SUPERHERO TRAINING ACADEMY 1 & 2  Ages 3-5 years old
Do you want to learn to fly through the air, jump over tall buildings, and hover off the ground? The Superhero Training Academy is a class that will allow your tot to use their super strength to safely explore the gymnastics gym while learning the core values behind all Superheroes: Respect, Responsibility, Caring, and Honesty. Gymnastics Center. Age groups:  Superhero 1(3-4); Superhero 2 (4-5).

  YOUTH SPORTS

SNAG (Starting new at Golf) Ages 5-7 with a parent (SNAG equipment)
A fun and innovative approach to introducing children to the fundamentals of golf. 5-class session meets once a week for 60 minutes. All equipment provided—nontraditional clubs and balls are used. SentryWorld (dress code applies). Thursday, 6:15-7:15PM. July 11–August 15 (no class August 8). Y Member $109, General Public $119

LITTLE CAMPERS PRESCHOOL  Ages 3- 5 (Must be fully potty trained)
Little Campers is a perfect way for preschool campers to get out of the house, make new friends and have fun exploring a new theme every week! Our preschool staff provides a nurturing and safe environment for Little Campers to build confidence and independence through structured and self-select activities. YMCA Preschool.
