Saturday, October 19, 6:30-8:30PM. Join us for a Father/Daughter Semi-Formal Dance. A special night, just for dads and their daughters. Get dressed in your best and spend some precious time together. We will have a decorated dance room, DJ, games, hors d’oeuvres, pictures and fun for all. Take your daughters out for a nice dinner then come to the YMCA for a night to remember. All Purpose Room. YMCA SKI & SPORTS SWAP
Saturday, November 9, 11:00AM-2:30PM. Buy or sell new and used downhill and x-country ski equipment, snowboards, boots, clothing, ice/in-line skates, outdoor camping equipment, or other sports equipment. Proceeds benefit YMCA youth/teen programs that provide a safe and supportive place for local youth/teens to develop key values. All Purpose Room.
Want to sell? Equipment check-in is 5:30-7:30PM Friday, November 8 or 8:30–10:30AM Saturday, November 9. Items are priced by seller. 85% of sale is returned to the seller. All items not sold must be picked up from the YMCA between 2:30 and 4:30PM on Saturday, November 9.

DIABETES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Ages 18 & up
This is an evidence-based, 12-week exercise program specifically designed to help you manage type 2 diabetes. The program consists of a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance and flexibility exercises, strength training, and applicable nutrition information. This particular combination and dose of exercises has been shown to be a very effective way to improve overall health, increase insulin sensitivity, and decrease long term effects of diabetes

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free small-group fitness program for adult cancer survivors that empowers you to improve your quality of life. Each 12-week session is comprised of classes that meets for 75 minutes, two times per week. Also, you’ll receive a free Y membership for the session’s duration. Class size is limited to 10 participants per session.

SUPERHERO TRAINING ACADEMY 1 & 2 Ages 3-5 years old
Do you want to learn to fly through the air, jump over tall buildings, and hover off the ground? The Superhero Training Academy is a class that will allow your tot to use their super strength to safely explore the gymnastics gym while learning the core values behind all Superheroes: Respect, Responsibility, Caring, and Honesty. Gymnastics Center. Age groups: Superhero 1(3-4); Superhero 2 (4-5).
NEW! GAGA Ages 8-12
The game is played within an octagonal GaGa “pit”. Players attempt to hit opponents with a ball below the knee, while avoiding getting struck. This fun and easy game moves quickly and provides a great workout. GaGa is designed as an open time for Y Members or guests ages 8-12. Supervised and facilitated by a Y staff member. NEW! GIRLS BASKETBALL Grades 2-6
This 10 week program is for our female basketball players, focusing upon further development of fundamental skills with a more advanced curriculum in a league format. Baskets will be lowered for age appropriate levels to build better form and technique. Ideal for girls not yet interested in traveling basketball. October 26, 2019–January 18, 2020. Saturdays, 8:30AM-1:30PM.
