HEALTHY KIDS DAY
Get ready for a day of family fun because Healthy Kids Day® is back — FREE and open to the public! Join us on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Stevens Point Area YMCA. This nationwide YMCA tradition, proudly supported by national sponsors Peanuts and Gatorade, and local sponsor TDS, has been bringing families together for 30+ years to jumpstart summer with stronger bodies, brighter moods, and happier hearts.
This year’s theme is SPORTS, and the Y will transform into a high-energy play zone packed with activities for all ages, including: family sports competitions, bouncy houses, sports bingo, game stations, inflatable games, crafts and coloring, a dance party, photo booth fun, and even family kickball. Plus, cool off in the pool with the waterslide and mushroom water features running all event long!
Local organizations and community partners—including Gatorade, CAP Services Inc., Heart of Wisconsin Pickleball Association, Point Forward Physical Therapy, TDS, and more—will be on site with booths, activities, and prizes.
And don’t miss the epic giveaways: a free week of camp at YMCA Camp Glacier Hollow, a free 3-month YMCA membership, a free YMCA youth program, sports supplies, games, and tons of goodies sprinkled throughout the event.
