We are pleased to be a donation site, once again, for United Way of Portage County's 2019 Project Fresh Start, which provides free school supplies to Portage County students in 4K- grade 12, who qualify for free and reduced lunch through their school district. The YMCA will collect items through August 11th.
A reminder that the STEVENS POINT AREA YMCA will be closed Thursday, JULY 4th, in observance of the national holiday. Drop-In Child Care will be closed on Friday, JULY 5th as well. We hope you have a safe and happy holiday weekend!
Optimize your workouts with our Functional 45 summer class demo. Ideal for beginners, Functional 45 is a challenging, 8-week total body workout, incorporating everyday movements. For ages 13 & up, on MONDAYS, JULY 8-AUGUST 5, 12:00-12:30pm. Registration required in advance. $15 for one or all five sessions!
This summer, enjoy a clean car, and help support the YMCA's extensive teen programming. The YMCA's Teen Leaders Club will be offering a car wash in the Y parking lot, two Saturdays a month on JUNE 8, 22; JULY 6, 20; AUGUST 10, 24 from 10:00am-2:oopm, with a suggested donation of $5 or more per vehicle. All proceeds will be used to support teen programming at the Stevens Point Area YMCA.
Beginning Tuesday, June 11th through Friday, August 30th, the YMCA will be serving FREE BREAKFAST (8:30-9:30am) & LUNCH (11:30am-12:30pm) on a drop-in basis, Monday through Friday, to children and teens 18 and under.

Come enjoy a great day under the sun at Wisconsin Dells' premier water park, Noah's Ark, on Friday, June 14th from 8am-8pm. $40 for Y Members; $50 for General Public. Fee includes transportation to and from the park, admission to Noah's Ark, lunch, and staff supervision.
