Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y includes more than just working out. In addition to our physical fitness classes and facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual, and spiritual strength.

Here are the health & wellness programs we offer:

Adult Sports
Do you love the competition and camaraderie of playing sports? Stay in the game, no matter your age or skill level, by getting involved in our adult basketball or racquetball leagues.

Group Exercise Classes
What’s your thing? Yoga. Pilates. Group cycling, and more. Taught by certified instructors, our Group Exercise classes are a great way to shake things up in your routine, as well as push yourself to new limits.

Personal Training
When it comes to fitness (like most things), there’s simply no substitute for personalized, expert advice. Let Tammy, our ACE and YMCA certified personal trainer, get you to the next level.
