When you think of youth sports, chances are things like soccer, baseball and basketball come to mind. At the Y, we teach a lot more than how to run the bases or make a layup? Y sports are the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active and developing a lifetime of healthy habits. The benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it is gaining confidence or understanding good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Here are the youth sports programs we offer:


Youth Basketball

Leagues offered late Fall for grades 4K-12. 
The Y offers developmental and recreational leagues for all. Program offerings include Youth Basketball, Junior Y-Ball, and 3-on-3 leagues.

Youth Soccer

Registration open for Fox West YMCA 3v3 League. Registration ends November 6.

Leagues available in the Fall, Winter and Summer for grades 4K-8.

Play soccer year-round with the Y! We offer outdoor leagues for playing the traditional game. When it's cold outside, we take to the courts with Futsal-indoor soccer played on a short court that focuses on footwork.
