Registration is now open for YMCA Members for Winter I (January 5 - February 22) and Winter II (February 23 - April 18) Sessions. Before you are buried in your holiday to do list, get a jump start on your planning for 2020. Start your New Year's resolutions early, and plan ahead for the new year! Get festive and ready for the holiday season at our Annual Christmas Tree Sale. Beautiful Balsam and Fraser Fir trees are available from Solin Tree Farm; fresh cut, locally grown, and ready to decorate. Trees are in a variety of sizes to fit your needs and your home, and grown without pesticides, fertilizers, or artificial color.
It's not too late to register for Fall Session II. Fall Session II runs for eight weeks, from Monday, October 27 - Saturday, December 21, 2019. A wide array of specialty classes are available for children, teens, and adults. Registration is open to Y members as well as the general public.
This 10- week program, designed for students in Kdg-6th grade, emphasizes basic skills, coordination, and confidence. Practice and games are on Saturdays morning Oct 26 - Jan 18. Small baskets and basketballs are used according to students age, so that each child has a chance for success.
Bowling, pizza, & soda included. Register by Fri, Oct 11th. Girls Night Out (GNO) is an opportunity for girls in 2nd-6th grade to meet new friends and participate in fun outings and activities. GNO is held in the YMCA's Teen Lounge from 6:00-7:30 p.m., the 2nd and 4th Mondays, October through May. Come for one event or all, you choose! New members are always welcome. Join anytime!
Teens in grades 7-12, join us for FREE Pizza and an informational meeting on our YOUTH IN GOVERNMENT (YIG) program. Meet other civic minded teens, learn about our program and how you can participate this spring in the 3-day Model Government Event in the legislative and judicial champers of the State Capitol in Madison.
NEW for fall. YMCA Youth Cross Country is a 7-week program for students in Kdg-6th grade. Practices are weekly on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm (Kdg-3), and 6:30-7:30pm (4-6 grade). FREE for Y Family Members.
Olympic style Tae Kwon Do/Karate teaches discipline and self-defense through kicks, blocks, and sparring. This family friendly program is open to adults and children aged 7 and up. Held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00-8:00pm in the YMCA's All Purpose Room.
This program will run on Saturday mornings, September 7 – October 19, 2019 between 8:30am & 1:00pm, based on age group and team schedule. For Preschool children (ages 4-5) to students in grade 6. Registration forms are available online and at our Member Services Desk.
