Youth In Government is a teen-lead program for students in grades 6-12. From October-March, we meet bi-monthly on Sunday evenings from 6:00-7:15pm. The Wisconsin YIG program "seeks to foster the next generation of thoughtful, committed, and active citizens. Leaders are developed by doing, and our youth participants learn the principles of a democratic society by engaging with their peers in the process of civic action." All are welcome and financial assistance is available.
